1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing shijinpackage.com ("the Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms are a general notice for website visitors; any purchase is governed by the specific written quotation, proforma invoice and sales contract agreed between you and ShiJin Packaging.
2. Use of the Site
- The Site and its content (text, images, drawings, product specs) are provided for informational purposes.
- You may not copy, republish or resell our product images, catalogues or technical drawings without written permission.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or abusive inquiries.
3. Product Information
We strive for accurate specifications, dimensions, capacities and certifications. However, colors, weights and tolerances may vary slightly by production batch. Final specifications are confirmed in your signed quotation and pre-production sample approval. Compliance documents (ISO 9001, FDA, SGS, EU 10/2011, Food Grade) are provided per order on request.
4. Quotes, MOQ & Orders
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): normally 5,000 pcs per item; custom or private-mold projects are quoted separately.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document (typically 30 days) and subject to raw-material and freight fluctuations.
- An order is confirmed only upon signed proforma invoice and receipt of the agreed deposit.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment, or as agreed in the contract. Bank, PayPal or other methods are confirmed per order. Import duties and local taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Production & Lead Time
Standard lead time is 15–30 days from confirmation to EXW, depending on volume, color and finish. Sampling on existing molds typically takes 7–10 days. Rush scheduling may be available for repeat orders and is quoted case by case.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We support flexible Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP — and work with your freight forwarder or ours. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm. We pack with carton + PE bag + dividers and offer custom master-pack and pallet options. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed against force majeure.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs and content on the Site are the property of ShiJin Packaging or its licensors. Custom molds developed for a client remain the client's exclusive property once paid in full, and are not reused for third parties without consent. Stock molds are shared assets and may be supplied to multiple buyers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiJin Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. Buyers are responsible for confirming product suitability for their formulation and market regulations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and where necessary submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of our registered place of business in Guangdong province, China.
