What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) at ShiJin?▼
Standard MOQ is 5,000 units per color for our existing molds. Selected stock shapes can run at a lower MOQ for small brands, and fully custom molds are quoted case by case. Contact us with your SKU and volume for a exact quote.
What is the typical production lead time?▼
Standard production lead time is 15–30 days after artwork approval and deposit. Sampling on existing molds takes about 7–10 days. Repeat orders and stock items often qualify for faster slots; rush scheduling is available on request.
Can you customize the bottle color and printing with my brand?▼
Yes. We offer Pantone color match, silk-screen, UV and hot-stamp printing, labeling, and soft-touch, frosted or metallic surface finishing. Most projects use our 600+ existing mold library, so there is no new tooling cost for the bottle shape.
What materials do your cosmetic bottles use?▼
We manufacture with PET, HDPE and PETG. All are food-contact safe new (virgin) material, BPA-free, and produced on ISO 9001 / FDA / SGS certified lines. PET and PETG are clear and recyclable; HDPE is opaque and chemical-resistant.
Which certifications and compliance documents do you provide?▼
Every shipment can be documented with ISO 9001:2015, FDA compliance, SGS test reports, EU 10/2011 food-contact compliance, REACH and a domestic Food Production License. These are ready for customs and retailer audits.
Do you provide free samples before bulk ordering?▼
Stock samples are free — you cover the freight. Customized samples with your color or logo carry a small setup fee, which is refunded on orders above 10,000 units. Sampling on existing molds typically takes 7–10 days.
Do you support OEM and private-label bottle development?▼
Yes. We are a full OEM/ODM manufacturer with 600+ ready molds and in-house tooling. A new custom mold goes from drawing to pre-production sample in about 15–30 days. Paid custom molds are exclusive to you and never reused for other clients.
How do you ship orders internationally?▼
We export to 30+ countries with flexible trade terms — EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP or DDP — and adapt to your freight forwarder. Every order ships with full compliance documentation and protected export packing.
Can startups and small brands order at low MOQ?▼
Yes. We actively support emerging brands. Selected stock bottle shapes are available at lower MOQs, and our team will suggest the closest existing mold to keep your tooling cost at zero while you validate the market.
Are your bottles recyclable or made from recycled material?▼
PET and PETG bottles are recyclable mono-materials. We also offer PCR PET in 30% / 50% / 100% post-consumer recycled content, GRS-certifiable, with the same clarity and strength as virgin resin — a strong fit for refill and sustainability programs.
