Quality control
QC runs across the production line, not just at the end:
- Incoming resin — grade and colorant verification before production.
- In-process — weight, wall thickness, neck dimension and finish checks per batch.
- Finished-bottle — leak test, drop test and visual inspection.
- Pre-shipment — AQL-style inspection tied to lot/batch traceability for export orders.
Key inspection results are documented and traceable by production lot — useful for buyers shipping into regulated markets (EU, U.S., APAC).

Materials & sustainability
Standard production uses food-grade virgin (non-recycled) resin for all cosmetic-contact bottles — no recycled content is used without explicit customer approval. For brands with sustainability goals, PCR (post-consumer recycled) PET is offered as an optional drop-in that keeps the same clarity and barrier.
OEM & custom tooling
Beyond the 600+ standard molds, ShiJin Package supports custom bottle development:
- New mold creation from your drawing or sample.
- Custom color (Pantone / HEX) and decoration (print, label, hot-stamp, spray).
- Low-MOQ programs from 5,000 units, with engineering support from sampling to mass production.

What is your production capacity and MOQ?
Our plant runs ~500,000 bottles per day across PET, HDPE and PETG, from a library of 600+ molds. Standard MOQ is 5,000 units per item, with low-MOQ customization programs available for color, print and spray finishing.
Which certifications do you hold?
ShiJin Package is ISO 9001 certified and produces food-grade bottles tested to FDA (21 CFR) and EU 10/2011 food-contact standards, with SGS third-party testing. Certificates are available on request for buyer verification.
Do you use recycled or non-food-grade resin?
