OEM, ODM & Private Mold — Defined
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce bottles to your specification — shape, material, capacity, color and finish — often using a mold we build for you. Private mold takes this further: the tooling is developed from your drawing or sample and is exclusive to you; we do not reuse it for other clients once paid in full.
By contrast, our stock molds (600+ ready formats) are shared assets you can order with low MOQ and fast sampling. Both routes are "factory-direct" — there is no trading company in the middle marking up price or stretching lead time.

Materials & Shapes You Can Customize
Most custom bottles start from one of three base resins, each with its own strengths:
- PET / PETG — high-clarity bottles and jars for serums, essences and premium treatment; PETG adds chemical resistance for essential-oil lines.
- HDPE — soft-touch, opaque bottles for creams, masks and body care where squeeze-ability matters more than clarity.

Beyond material, we customize capacity (typically 30–500ml), neck finish (18/20/24mm common), shoulder shape and overall silhouette.
Decoration & Finishing
This is where a private-label bottle earns its shelf presence. Available processes include:
- Spray coating — matte, soft-touch or glossy color over the whole body.
- Silk-screen & hot-stamp — logo and line art in spot or metallic foil.
- UV / vacuum plating — premium glossy or metallic effects.

How long does it take to make a custom mold and sample?
New tooling is typically developed and sampled in 15–30 days, after which we refine the pre-production sample until it is approved. For existing molds, sampling is much faster at about 7–10 days. Mass production then runs 15–30 days from confirmation to EXW, depending on volume and finish.
Can you match my bottle color and finish?
